If everyone in Rushden donated £1, we could nearly reach our first target, sign the leases and put our community hub on the path to becoming a great venue for all.

We’re excited about the possibility of bringing this much-loved space back to life for the community.
The landlord has agreed to our proposed lease terms, subject to us raising £40,000 for Phase 1, which covers the front part of the site. We’re also working towards taking on the rear of the building, including the main stage, next year.
Our vision is a vibrant community hub: a welcoming place for group meetings and business conferences, and a creative home where local bands and theatre groups can develop their talents and stage confidence. We’re also planning bingo nights, free and low-cost cinema, a café serving coffee and waffles, and drinks at the bar.
There’s plenty to do, and we can’t make it happen without your support. We’re seeking funding through donations, investors and grants. You can donate through GoFundMe or on our website. We’ll also be holding community collections, putting up posters in local shops and working with local schools on drawing competitions, with the community invited to vote at the Ritz.

I’m the Director of MJN Entertainment Ltd, an event production company based in Kettering\. We specialise in sound, lighting, audiovisual production and technical support for a wide range of events, from live music and theatre to corporate events and festivals\.
It’s fantastic to see a project like this taking shape locally, and I’d love to explore whether there’s an opportunity for us to get involved and support what you’re looking to achieve\.
